Definitions and Scope of Agreement

"b88club", "we" or "platform" refers to the company operating the b88club.one website and all services offered through it. "Player", "you" or "user" refers to any individual who registers and uses this platform.

These Terms & Conditions cover all aspects of platform use, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, bonus claims, and interactions with the customer support team.

b88club reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be displayed on the website. Continued use of the platform after amendments take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Registration Eligibility and Identity Verification

To register and use the b88club platform, players must meet the following requirements without exception:

• Register only one account in their own name — multiple accounts for the same individual are not permitted.

• Be prepared to submit identity verification documents when requested by b88club to meet compliance requirements.

b88club reserves the right to suspend or close any account that fails to meet the above eligibility requirements or that is found to have provided false information.

Account Use and Player Responsibilities

Each b88club account belongs exclusively to the registered player. Transferring, selling or lending an account to another party is strictly prohibited. Players are fully responsible for all activities carried out through their account.

Players must keep their password confidential. If unauthorised access or a suspected security breach occurs, players must notify the b88club customer support team immediately via live chat or email. b88club is not responsible for any losses arising from a player's failure to keep their login information confidential.

The following conduct is prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Fraud or manipulation of the game system in any form.
• Use of automated software (bots) or unauthorised third-party tools.
• Abuse of promotions or bonuses through multiple account registrations or other unauthorised methods.
• Any attempt at money laundering through the platform.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

b88club supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited to Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

The financial terms in effect are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: between 30 minutes and 3 hours after the request is approved.
• Withdrawals may only be credited to a payment account in the same player's name.
• b88club reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal to ensure transaction security.

Any taxes, bank service charges or third-party platform fees that apply are the responsibility of the player.

Bonus and Promotion Policy

All promotions and bonuses offered by b88club are subject to the specific terms of each promotion, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Players are advised to read the conditions of each promotion before participating.

For the welcome bonus of 120% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000, the wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus value received. For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a bonus of RM120, your balance becomes RM220 and you must place bets totalling RM1,200 (RM120 × 10) before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

The following applies to all bonuses and promotions:

• Each player is eligible for the welcome bonus once only.
• b88club reserves the right to cancel any bonus or winnings obtained through misuse of the promotion system.
• All promotions are subject to amendment or cancellation without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without fulfilling the specified wagering requirements.

Games and Betting

In the event of any inconsistency between the Malay and English versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English version will be used as the final reference for legal interpretation purposes.

Account Closure and Suspension

Players may close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, all wagering requirements tied to active bonuses must be completed, or those bonuses will be cancelled.

b88club reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breaching any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Involved in fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Upon request by a competent authority.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

b88club operates under an international licence. Any dispute arising from the use of this platform shall first be resolved through our customer support channels.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will be referred to a recognised arbitration body under the relevant licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
